If
you are charged with
drunk driving
, you face an uncertain future. The law has become
very strict and everything from your career, family
life,
social
life, and even your freedom is on the line. You need
help.
Hiring the right
attorney is key to DUI defense. Here is where I come
in. I employ a 4 prong approach to my DUI cases.
Prong 1:
I try to dismiss the case. A dismissal ends your
misery. You can walk away a free man unscathed. You
can hold your head up high as if it had never
happened. You family forgive you. Your
employer
is happy you are back. The nightmare is over.
Prong 2:
I try to make the prosecutors to offer you a deal.
Though it is not the result I most desire, I can
often negotiate deals that are just as good as
dismissal, depending on the facts.
Prong 3:
I always work on preparing the case for trial.
Because I prepare for trials from the very start,
the prosecutors respect my Prong 1 and Prong 2
attacks and they have higher rates of success.
Prong 4:
If I have to go to Trial, I preserve everything for
appeal. At trial there are a lot of things that can
happen that can help your appeal if you lose and a
lot more that can hurt your chance of appeal. When
the prosecutor makes a mistake, I sit there and
watch. When he says something that hurts my case, I
make a timely objection. Many attorneys don't know
the importance of making timely objections and so on
appeal there is no ground to appeal. But more
importantly, the wisest attorneys know when to
quietly watch the prosecutor make mistakes that make
the case appealable and sometimes lead to dismissal.
If you have a DUI, I can help.
